Thanks for several positive reactions following last month’s launch of the SLICE web page. Suggestions for improvements will also be much welcome.

One suggestion that we plan to follow – in order to ease contact between members of the SLICE network – is to add a link to each member's email address on our list of members at the web page. We will do this at the end of this week. If you prefer us not to publish your email address, please tell us so.

Please also let us know in case you would want to be deleted from the member list.

Congratulations, Therese Leinonen

The very good news this month comes from Finland where Therese Leinonen has been granted a postdoc position at the University of Turku (Åbo in Swedish) and three years to do SLICE type experimental studies in Swedish-language Finland.
